Will my originals be returned in the same condition?
Yes. We take great care in handling all your precious memories. Everything is returned to you in the same condition as when you gave it to us.
How long is the service time for a digital transfer order?
Photo scans and video transfers usually can be done in a few days. Film transfers and slide scans usually take 7 – 10 days.
What types of video formats can be transferred?
VHS, VHS-C, 8mm, HI-8mm, Digital 8mm and Mini DV.
What types of film formats can be transferred?
Regular 8mm ,Super 8mm and Super 8mm with sound.
How many video tapes fit on each DVD?
For the best quality transfer, up to two hours of video is transferred onto each DVD. If some of the video cassettes have less than two hours of recorded footage, multiple video tapes can be combined onto a DVD. Cost of transfer is based on each tape's recorded footage.
What if I have 4, 6 or 8 hours on one video tape?
For the best quality transfer we put up to two hours on a DVD. If you have a 4 hour video, it would require 2 DVDs and 6 hour 3 DVDs and so on. Each two hours would be a separate DVD and separate charge.
How do I know how many feet are on a reel of film?
Each reel of film can be measured to determine the footage. See table below:

Can you transfer to other formats?
Yes. In addition to DVD, we can digitize videos and film (typically as .mp4 files) and transfer them to a flash drive or portable hard drive.
Can you mix photos, slides, film, audio and video?
Yes. Once your material is digitized we can help organize and create a custom DVD production.
